What the service is
A browser extension for Chrome and Edge, with the FormFillPilot engine on our servers, that builds a profile from documents you provide and fills the fields of web forms from that profile. It shows every answer before and after typing. It never submits a form, never creates accounts, never types passwords or payment details, and does not solve CAPTCHAs. The same key and AI usage bar also fill fillable PDF forms on the PDF forms page of this site: the PDF is uploaded, filled on our servers, shown box by box and downloaded by you; it is kept at most 30 minutes. A PDF form uses the same AI usage bar as a web form. These terms apply to it in full.
Your material and your answers
- You confirm that the documents and facts you provide are yours to use and are accurate. The extension fills forms with them; it does not check them against the world.
- Every answer is shown to you. Reading it before you submit is your responsibility, and what you submit is your submission, made by you on the website you chose.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites you fill, including any rule they have on assisted or automated form filling. FormFillPilot fills the form you opened and stops; it does not submit, schedule or repeat submissions.
- Do not use FormFillPilot to submit information about another person without their permission, to send bulk or unsolicited submissions, or to break a website's rules.
The base plan and the AI usage bar
- The first 3 applications are free, and during this trial up to 10 photos are read into your profile free. After that, FormFillPilot is activated with the base plan: $15, one-time, which includes one full AI usage bar. Refills are $5 for one bar or $10 for two, one-time. Prices include tax.
- Each fill, each photo read and each file turned into your profile takes a part of the AI usage bar that depends on the AI work it needs; the part taken is never more than the estimate made before the AI runs. A page the profile rules answer on their own, FILL MISSING on fields the AI already answered on the same form, reading a PDF, the page previews and the download take nothing. A fill that did not complete takes nothing.
- The AI usage bar does not expire. It is tied to your key and, once you have bought, to the email of the purchase. Packs of applications bought before 27 September 2026 were converted to AI usage.
- On formfillpilot.com payment is taken by Stripe as merchant of record; on microcitylabs.com by Paddle. Their receipts and invoices are the record of the purchase.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, the base plan is refunded if no paid AI usage was used, and a refill is refunded if it is unused. Email contact@microcitylabs.com with the purchase email. The full policy is on the refund and cancellation policy.
Availability and changes
The engine depends on our servers and on language-model providers. It can be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control; a fill that did not complete is not charged. We can change the product and the prices; AI usage already bought keeps its value. When these terms change, the date at the top changes.
Liability
FormFillPilot is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that every form on every website can be filled, that an answer planned from your material fits every question, or that a website accepts what you submit. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country they live in.
