What takes AI usage

How the key and the purchase meet

There is no account. A key in your browser holds your profile and your AI usage bar. When you activate or refill, the key on the purchase page gets the bar and is linked to the email of the purchase, so a lost key can be recovered from that email. Nothing about your card reaches us; Stripe handles payment as merchant of record on this site.

Business use

A business profile (company sheet, facts file, price list) uses the same bar as a person's. A supplier registration or a marketplace listing form takes the same small part as any other web form. Refill when the bar runs low; what is left carries over because it never expires.

Prices are shown tax included. The receipt comes from Stripe, and Stripe applies the tax of your country at checkout, so the amount charged is the amount shown.

Is it a subscription?
No. The base plan and the refills are one-time purchases. Nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel, and the AI usage stays until you use it.
What is the AI usage bar?
The AI work you have left. Each fill takes a small part of it; the panel counts what is left as applications, one per typical web form, and your purchase page shows the bar itself. Bigger forms, photos and the best model take more; a page the profile rules answer on their own takes nothing.
What takes nothing from the bar?
The 3 free applications, a page the profile rules answer on their own, FILL MISSING on the same form for fields the AI already answered, reading a PDF, the page previews and the download.
Do PDF forms cost more?
No. A PDF form uses the same bar as a web form. Only the pages whose open boxes go to the AI count, and a form the rules fill on their own takes nothing.
Does AI usage expire?
No. A bar bought today is still there next year.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days: the base plan if no paid AI usage was used, a refill if it is unused. Email contact@microcitylabs.com with the purchase email. The full policy is on the refunds page.
Who takes the payment?
On formfillpilot.com, Stripe as merchant of record: the receipt and any tax invoice come from Stripe. The same prices on microcitylabs.com go through Paddle. Prices shown include tax either way.
Is there a business plan?
The same base plan and refills. A business profile fills supplier registrations and listings exactly like a person's profile fills applications; refill when the bar runs low.
