FormFillPilot Extension soon
The FormFillPilot extension opens soon: it is in final testing and purchases are closed until it is in the Chrome Web Store. PDF forms can be filled now, with the 3 free applications.

FormFillPilot · PDF forms · the same profile, the same AI usage bar

PDF forms, filled from your own files. You check every box, then download.

Choose a fillable PDF. Every box is read and outlined on the page, answered from the details you gave once, and listed beside the page, where you can change any answer. Then you download the filled PDF and send it where it has to go.

How it works

Your details, once

Press "Start free" for 3 applications with no account, or paste the key you already have. Then paste your details or choose text files: name, address, date of birth and the numbers you want used, kept under your key. The same profile serves web forms.

Choose the PDF

Every box on every page is read, named from the words printed next to it and outlined on a picture of the page. Reading the PDF is free.

AUTOFILL, check, download

Each box gets its answer. Beside the page, the same mirror as for web forms lists every answer with the form's own tick boxes and choices. Change anything, then download: the filled file is read back before you get it.

The forms

What it will not do

Your data

Tax and identity forms hold your most private details. The PDF is kept on the FormFillPilot engine at most 30 minutes, then deleted, and "forget now" deletes it at once. We keep no file name and no value; only counts. For the boxes the form rules do not answer, only the box names, a picture of the page and your profile details go to the AI model; the filled PDF is sent nowhere. Answers you type yourself are remembered under your key for the next form, as on web forms - identity numbers are not. A form that came locked against changes comes back locked the same way.

Questions people ask

What is a fillable PDF?
A PDF with real boxes you can click and type into in a PDF reader. Most government, tax, immigration and registration forms are made this way. A PDF that is only a picture of a page (a scan, or a printed form saved as PDF) has no boxes and is not filled yet.
Which forms does it know?
Any fillable PDF works: each box is named from the words printed next to it. Four forms are also known box by box - the IRS W-9 and W-4, the USCIS I-9 and I-765 - so their answers follow each form's own rules: split boxes, tick boxes, and the parts meant for an employer or a preparer left alone.
Is my tax or identity data kept?
The PDF is read and filled on the FormFillPilot engine and kept at most 30 minutes, then deleted - or at once with "forget now". We keep no file name and no value; only counts. For the boxes the form rules do not answer, only the box names, a picture of the page and your profile details go to the AI model, under the same rules as web forms (see the privacy notice). The filled PDF is sent nowhere: you download it and send it yourself.
What does it cost?
The same AI usage bar as web forms: only the pages whose open boxes go to the AI take a part of it, and a form the rules fill on their own takes nothing. Reading the PDF, the page previews, FILL MISSING and the download take nothing. The first 3 applications are free, with no card.
Do I need the browser extension?
No. The PDF page works in a modern browser on a computer, with the same key and the same profile as the extension.
What if a box is not filled?
It stays empty, outlined in red, with the reason: "your files do not give: passport number", or a part meant for an employer. Type the answer in its card before you download. After the download, a check of the filled pages names any box that still looks empty.
What about signatures?
Signature boxes are never filled. Sign the printed form, or use your PDF reader's own signing.
