Filling official forms with FormFillPilot

People use FormFillPilot on passport, visa, immigration and tax forms - web forms and fillable PDFs such as USCIS, IRS and State Department forms. These forms carry legal weight, so here is exactly what FormFillPilot is and is not.

FormFillPilot is software you operate

FormFillPilot is self-help software made by MicroCity Solutions Ltd, a private company in the United Kingdom. You choose the form, you give your own documents, the FormFillPilot engine places the facts from them into the boxes, and you check every answer. It does not choose a form or a visa for you, does not decide how to answer a legal question, and does not review your eligibility.

Not a government service

FormFillPilot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government, agency, embassy or consulate - including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the U.S. Department of State, HM Passport Office, UK Visas and Immigration and HMRC. We are not a passport expeditor and not registered with any agency as one.

The official forms are free

Blank official forms are free from the agency that issues them:

What you pay us is for the filling engine (the base plan and the AI usage bar). It is never a government fee, does not include one and does not replace one. Government fees are paid to the agency, by you, in the way the agency says.

We are not a law firm, not a regulated immigration adviser (in the UK, an adviser regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority, formerly OISC) or a U.S. accredited representative, and not a tax adviser. Nothing FormFillPilot shows you is legal, immigration or tax advice. If you are unsure which form to use or how to answer a question, ask the agency or a qualified adviser.

You file, you sign

FormFillPilot never submits, files, signs, pays a fee or books an appointment for you. You read every answer, correct it, sign the form and submit it yourself - on the agency's own website, by post, or in person.

Check every answer

A false or misleading answer on an official form can have serious consequences for you. The engine copies facts from your own documents and can make mistakes - an AI-drafted answer can be wrong. Compare every answer with your passport, your documents and the agency's instructions before you sign. Do not use FormFillPilot to give false information, or to fill a form for another person without their permission (a parent or guardian may fill a form for their child).

No guarantee of the outcome

The agency alone decides your application. We do not guarantee that a form is accepted, an application approved, or processed in any time.

Your identity numbers

Passport, national ID, Social Security and alien-registration numbers, and dates of birth, are used to fill the form in front of you. They are not kept among remembered answers on the PDF forms page. If they are in your files, they are part of your profile, kept under your key until you delete it.

A PDF form is deleted within 30 minutes

An official PDF you fill on our PDF forms page is deleted from our server, with its filled copy, within 30 minutes - or at once with "Forget now". The filled PDF is downloaded by you and sent nowhere.

Watch out for scams

If anyone asks you to pay a "government fee" to them instead of to the agency, stop. The agencies publish their scam warnings (for example USCIS "Common Scams").
